Stock up on food, water, guns and ammo.

Or you could try to get a job, or an education.

First of all, stock up on money. I personally have enough to get me through a 18 months in TODAYS economy, and that’s the money I would spend with lots of disposable income, so I figure if prices go up and I lose my job and have to pay a ton, it should get me through a year of penny-pinching at least, if not more.
I personally wouldn’t go buying tons of stuff, or else your just going to have a stock-pile of stuff you won’t use. I would just buy the things you normally do, but stock up where there are sales of things that keep for a long time. . . like soup, mr. noodles, etc. If these things go on sale, buy as much as you think is reasonable. Maybe not a 2 year supply, but a few extras. Doing that, and shopping smart, and you should be fine.

The economy will be fine. Don’t get your pants in a wad, this happens like every 10 years. Everything will be fine. Just breathe. Don’t panic! That’s the main thing.
